1. The only chatbot purchased via www.lanetwelvebot.com is eligible for a refund, and only if you contact us within 30 days of your purchase. If you bought it elsewhere, your software is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
2. If we issue a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days. Upon receipt, you must uninstall any software for which you no longer possess a valid license. We reserve the right to revoke access to the refunded product.
